Buddy, whose pedigree name is Kjalarnes Venturer was bred by Teresa Beddis of Kjalarnes Leonbergers. He was a quite rare and desired ‘blonde’ colouring with black mask. He was the first Leo that we brought into our home and he stole our hearts straight away. He has ventured (excuse the pun) into the show ring on a few occasions and even qualified for Crufts in 2009.

Unfortunately we were not able to show him that year, so he has concentrated on being the gentle giant of the family instead.

Buddy is the main reason that we have decided to breed Leo’s as he could not be a better example of what we want in a companion.  His details are listed below:
